A boy, 10, was nearly killed in Chicago's deadliest day of gun violence in 13 years. Nineteen people were shot.

A killer targeting victims of color remains on the loose, terrifying a small suburban neighborhood outside of Phoenix, Arizona.

The teen, whose name has not been released, has been charged as a juvenile and was being questioned Saturday by investigators in connection with the deaths.

Sixty people in total were shot over the weekend and 28 were wounded between Sunday around noon and 3 a.m. Monday morning.

Medics rushed the toddler to Hahnemann University Hospital. She was pronounced dead at 1:01 p.m. on Thursday.

According to reports, the two girls were already shot by the time officers arrived.

The men, Cheron Shelton, 29, and Robert Thomas, 27, each face five counts of homicide, six of aggravated assault, six of recklessly endangering another person, conspiracy, and criminal homicide of an unborn child,
