14 year Old Stabbed In Baltimore County

Baltimore County police charged a 50 year old male with stabbing a juvenile in the neck.  Around 9:30 am Saturday morning, Baltimore County police and fire were called to a home on the 600 block of Washington Avenue in Halethorpe for a stabbing. The officers discovered a 14 -year old male victim in the front yard with a large stab wound to his neck.  The Victim says him and Charles Palmer(father)  were looking at knives when he stabbed him in his neck .
